"Behavior" by Amanda Palmer

"...I still don't get all my strange behavior
Can't believe what I thought
Would save me..."

"Behavior" was written by lead singer Jack Antonoff of the band Steel Train. Amanda Palmer's cover version came about when the band decided to release an all-female companion album to theirs ("Steel Train") entitled Terrible Thrills Vol. 1, which consists of covers, remixes, and re-imaginings of every song on the album by female artists. Palmer is a native of New York and has been singing & performing as a solo artist and as a member of both the alternative, dark cabaret duos The Dresden Dolls and Evelyn Evelyn. Her take on "Behavior" flourishes with ethereal beauty as it slowly builds. The end result is a hauntingly beautiful piece of art.
