"Score: A Hockey Musical" directed by Canadian filmmaker Michael McGowan ("One Week", "Saint Ralph"), opens the Toronto International Film Festival on September 9th, 2010. The film includes the musical/acting talents of Olivia Newton-John, Marc Jordan, Nelly Furtado, John McDermott, Dave Bidina (The Rheostatics) & Hawksley Workman. 19 original songs are showcased within the film and they include new music from Barenaked Ladies, Newton-John and Workman. The film opens across Canada on October 22.
