"When The Heart Rules The Mind" by GTR
GTR were a rock band founded in 1985 by musician's Steve Howe (Yes & Asia) and Steve Hackett (Genesis). The band's name came from an abbreviation of the word "guitar". They only recorded one album, "GTR" (1986) that included the song, "When The Heart Rules The Mind" (#14 Pop).
